MH500B MotoHangers Stunning 1979 Yamaha SR500

What a beautiful looking custom motorcycle this is, I’d personally say this is a Cafe Racer or maybe even a brat bike but I’m sure others would disagree with me. Based on a single cylinder 1979 Yamaha SR500 the MotoHanger MH500B has been lowered in the front and tightened up at the rear with Hagon rear shocks. The bare metal work looks amazing and compliments the beautifully hand crafted leather seat finished of with black powered coated wheels wrapped in Firestone tires. There is something very appealing about bare metal work it shows rear craftsmanship and is unforgiving with any errors, bumps or bad welds and I think MotoHanger have created one fine looking machine. The vintage headlight and tail light have been modified to fit the bike and with the wiring trimmed of anything unnessary except the bare minimum give everything a very clean look.

I’m starting to see more and more brown leather seats and I love them, this is one of my favourite custom bikes so far, something really raw about it in its unpainted metal and frame and will keep looking to better it if I can.
